We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and — if you go ahead — to carry out and deliver the drawing work you've instructed. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.

4. Third-party form processing

Form submissions on this website are delivered to us using a third-party form-relay service. When you submit the Contact or Request a Quote form, the information you enter (including any attached files) passes through that service's servers before arriving in our inbox. We only use it to receive your enquiry — we do not use it for any other tracking on this site.

5. Fonts and third-party resources

This website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files directly from Google, which may process your IP address as part of that request. This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, deliver the service you've instructed, and meet any legal, accounting or record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
