Why it exists
Drawings pass through a lot of hands before they're finished — a site note, a WhatsApp photo, a scanned PDF, a spec sheet — and something usually gets lost in translation. MC CAD Services sits at that translation point: turning rough or incomplete source material into a drawing that's dimensioned correctly, scaled correctly, and laid out the way a contractor, official or client actually expects to see it.
The work covers electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, site-development plans, town-planning documentation, measured drawings of existing buildings, PDF-to-DWG conversion, and cleaning up drawings inherited from other sources. Every project — regardless of size — goes through the same fixed-quote, draft-then-final process.

A drawing is only good if the next person can act on it — a contractor on site, an official reviewing a submission, a client explaining a project. Everything is dimensioned, labelled and scaled with that person in mind.
Drafting, not certification
Single-line diagrams and technical layouts are drawn strictly from information your engineer or client has already approved. MC CAD Services provides CAD drafting and documentation only — engineering design, certification and professional approval remain the responsibility of the relevant appointed professional.
Fixed quotes, no surprises
You know the scope and the price before work begins. Revisions within that scope are part of the process, not an extra line item.
Files you can actually use
Clean layer structures, sensible naming and real-world scale — delivered as native DWG/DXF alongside PDF, so the file works wherever it's opened next.

MC CAD Services works remotely with clients across South Africa. Source material — photos, sketches, scans, existing drawings or measurements — can be sent digitally; site visits for measured drawings are arranged where needed.
